Directions to Windom Hill Place - From E Carson St. headed west Make a left turn onto Arlington Ave. before the T stop and Station Sqaure make next left onto McArdle (you can see the townhomes on the hillside) - make a right turn on to Windom St. make a right turn into Windom Hill Place.
